A plain-language summary of what Crue collects and why. This is a working draft pending legal review — not yet a complete legal agreement.
What we collect
Your name and a phone number or email (used to sign you in with a one-time code). Hosts also add property details, booking calendar feeds, and access codes. Providers add the services they offer. Jobs generate messages, photos, and payment records.
Text messages
We text you login codes and job dispatches only — never marketing. A provider added to a roster gets one consent message and receives nothing further unless they reply YES. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of everything.
Access codes and property details
Door codes are encrypted at rest, shown to a provider only during their assigned job window, and every view is logged. Street addresses are shared only with the provider assigned to that job. Properties are never listed publicly.
The public directory
Providers appear publicly only if they turn it on — it is off by default. A public listing shows name, city, services, rating, reviews, and verification badges. Phone numbers and email addresses are never shown publicly. You can turn it off at any time from your dashboard.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't share your contact details with anyone you haven't agreed to work with.
