Terms
A plain-language summary of how Crue works. This is a working draft pending legal review — not yet a complete legal agreement.
What Crue is
Crue is software that helps hosts and service providers schedule work, verify it with photos, and keep track of payment. Hosts and providers contract directly with each other. Crue is not the employer of any provider and is not a party to the work agreement.
What's free
Bringing your own team is free, permanently: unlimited jobs, dispatch, photo verification, reviews, and tracking payments you make outside Crue (Venmo, Zelle, cash). We take no cut of those payments.
What costs money
An optional paid plan for service providers (Provider Pro), and optional money movement — card and ACH processing, instant payouts, and cash advances on completed invoices. Pricing is shown before you use any of them. New matches made through the directory carry a commission on the first three jobs only, after which that relationship is free forever.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, hold any licenses or insurance your trade requires, and only add someone's phone number to a roster if you actually work with them. Access codes and property details you receive are for completing your assigned job only.
Ending your account
You can stop using Crue at any time. Financial records tied to completed work are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes.
